*first of all download this app (superphoto) in your phone....Dont download this from playstore...Click on download for download the full version of superphoto...

NOTE- IT LOOK LIKE REAL BUT IN SOME PHOTO IT MAKE BLACK SPOT IN BACKGROUND

 But we have also solution of this problem my best friend MD ADIL has founded the solution... For reduce the black spot
1.First u have to reduce noise of the pic by photoshop express do it 2-3 times. 

2.In that column (reduce noise's column) correct allthings i.e. exposure, defog, clarity etc. ( If you correct ur pic by these options thenit will help ur pic toreduce spots in Superphoto)

 3.then open superphoto & select the painting filter ( u can also select gleam filter for oil) then select ur corrected pic & upload it then wait for a while, ur pic isdone save it.

 Note:- using this method it will reduce spots it will not clear the full pic like oil paint.
